You can adjust the Contrast to your preference.
Eye strain is much better with these settings.
Have you tried enabling adaptive sync?
This should be the default out of box.
Try lowering the brightness by 5-10 if it's too bright.
Best preset I've tried so far!
Brightness seems a bit high for me, but otherwise perfect.
